How fast is the report?

Most reports are ready within 60 seconds after payment. In rare cases (FRSC/customs lookup) it may take up to 5 minutes.

Can I run a report without a listing?

Yes — just enter the VIN directly on the purchase page. You don't need to find the car on MotoTrader first.

What if a report fails?

If we can't retrieve data for a VIN (e.g. brand new Nigerian-only car with no foreign history), you receive a full refund automatically.

Are bundle credits transferable?

No — bundle credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.
